30-day guarantee

Try Fiberist for 30 days. If your gut isn't glowing, email hello@fiberist.com with your order number and we'll refund your first order — no need to send the bottle back.

Eligible orders

• One refund per customer on the first order of any product.
• Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• Subscription renewals can be canceled or skipped any time before they ship.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, broken or just plain wrong, we'll replace it free of charge. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery.

How refunds are issued

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
