Shipping Policy

Processing times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping methods & rates

• Standard US shipping (3–5 business days): $5.95, free on orders over $45.
• Expedited US shipping (2 business days): $14.95.
• International shipping (7–14 business days): calculated at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship on the renewal date of your plan. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within 14 days of shipping, email hello@fiberist.com and we'll make it right.

Address changes

Need to update your address? Reach out within 12 hours of placing the order — once it's in motion, we can't intercept.
